We stay at Airbnbs as much as possible because of our dogs. This was the best staged house we have ever been to. Chris obviously made every consideration with what he thought his guests would want. The house was incredibly clean and everything looked modern and new. Not your typical Airbnb where you see most of the furniture bought at yard sales or on FB marketplace. The house is right on Saint Augustine’s city limits in an area that is in that stage where the neighborhood is going through a renewal from the old. We enjoyed visiting the city and the stay added to the quality of our visit. If we came back to Saint Augustine, I would stay here again. A+ rating.

Chris's beautiful home exceeded all expectations. We have stayed at many resorts and private rental homes, and Chris has thoughtfully curated an amazing place to stay. Cleanliness is 1000% - we tend to notice everything - even things that people generally don't care about. There is not a spec of dust in this home. Beds were extremely comfortable, linens clean and crisp. Kitchen is amazing. Chris has thought of everything you might need for adults, kids and pets! Even my dog had a bed that she thoroughly enjoyed. The fenced backyard is the icing on the cake and is pristine. Location is great, easy access to everything you would want to do in St. Augustine. I hope to stay at Chris's place again in the future. It is very obvious Chris takes a lot of pride in his properties and it shows at a very high level. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

My family (including the four legged, furry one) enjoyed our stay. Location was close to main attractions but within a neighborhood where where parking was not an issue. Every detail of the home was thoughtful for guests. Due to the rain, we didn't have as much beach time as we would have liked but my kiddos had fun playing corn hole in the backyard. When we did go to the beach, towels, cart, chairs and toys were available for use.
We come the St. Augustine for spring break, it's now my husband's favorite place.

We had an amazing stay here! Perfect amount of space and everything is so well stocked and organized! My dad has a wheelchair and was easily able to move about the house with no issue! It was so clean and beautifully decorated! Will definitely be back! My pups also loved the large fenced in yard, provided dog bowls and dog bed!

The house- looks just like the pics! Cozy, smelled good, beautifully decorated for Christmas, well stocked. Plenty of fresh towels and toiletries. Just perfect!
The location- close to little downtown Locust Grove. You can walk to a bakery, coffee shop, a few restaurants, and the cutest little town park.
The Kitchen- we brought family, and I had to cook daily. Nice pots and pans! Nice cooking utensils, crock pot, coffee maker, everything you would have a home.
The outside and yard- easy to make a fire in the outdoor fire place, they had everything we needed. Quiet mornings on the back porch, so peaceful and my pup loved sniffing around.
Great family memories were made, and we are grateful for Chris and his wife for helping us make it happen! Thank you!
